The network should be online to make packets running. If you can't connect your Gigabit Ethernet to the network, or you have problems with IP allocation, you should disable it and focus on Microsoft Loopback adaptor - this is virtual network for inpc communications (typically you can find it in Windows "Add Hardware" wizard).When I go into the control panel then network it says "Disconected" in the Link State.
this is due to fact that you have only one adapter active.In the Network Control Panel there are no choices for HogNet Adapters. This is so frustration.
and you can ping your DP from PC's command prompt?so it definetly sees it but can't connect
