Hi Chris,
Thanks for the heads up. We'll get this fix requested. Do you know if the fixture had firmware updates or other changes recently that modified this? It is odd, especially to have the 'Dimmer Curve' parameter be so specific and then gone in the current manual... We'll let you know when we get that fix in.Do you have a timeframe in which you need it?
Thanks!
Hans
Hello.
Please, add lamp on / off to ClayPaky CPcolor MH16B.
Thank you.
Re Expression 33000s: I can't easily check the firmware at the moment, but I'd be surprised if it's not what they left the factory with. Getting by quite happily with my own modded version for now, so it's not an urgent request by any means.
Thanks,
Chris
Martin Rush MH1 Profile:
The order of the colors (for both color wheels) in the fixture profile does not match the order of the colors in the actual fixture. The fixtures are direct from the factory so the colors have not been rearranged.

Thank you both - we're working on the SGM and Martin Rush reports. More soon once we have a fix available.
Hi Carl,
This is very interesting. If you have a chance, could you:
1. Save the show you're running.
2. Deep clear the console
3. Patch just the Showline SL150 from the Device List to a channel
4. Patch a second Showline from normal patch to another channel
5. Save the showfile
6. Save the logs -> when you do this, select Advanced and check to save RDM cache
This should give us more information on where the issues are coming from. Send that information to me at hh etcconnect com.
Thanks!

From a question that came up on the Facebook programmers page, but I thought I post it here for you to check and fix at your leisure[;)]
A quick look into the fixture profile in EOS Nomad offline revealed, that all the Colour Parameter are labeled the same. I made a copy of the fixture profile and renamed the RGB param's to red 2,3,4 etc and a check in Capture Polar shows that I have now control over the individual colours segments.
You can download the showfile containing the new fixture from here https://www.dropbox.com/s/3byxfej8inodbee/Mac%20Quantum%20Ext%20Fixed%202014-10-24%2012-18-46.esf?dl=0
Hello, Florian:
At this time Eos Family consoles do not support individual LED cell control outside of pixel mapping. This is on the list for future features.
While your solution may work, you may also find that it makes some features like HS fading and gel matching fail to work.
Thank you,
Hello, David:
We believe this may be an issue with the "Strobe Mode" setting for the fixture. The default mode is currently "Shutter Open." In order for the "Shutter Strobe" parameter to function, one must first change the "Strobe Mode" to "Strobe 1 to 20 Hz." This is set in this manner due to many requests from users that these values be able to be set manually within the profile.
Thank you,
